Boier Haat is an online bookstore that caters primarily to Indian customers. We offer a wide variety of books mostly in Bengali languages and genres.

2. Eligibility

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery across India through trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Any delays caused by third-party logistics are not the responsibility of Boier Hat.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.

6. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to place an order which is the recommended process. but you can place order Without login also.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Boier Haat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Boier HaAt or its content providers and is protected under Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

এই শর্তাবলীর সাপেক্ষে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট HTTPS://BOIERHAAT.COM -এ যে পরিষেবা প্রদান করি, যার মধ্যে বই এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্য ক্রয় অন্তর্ভুক্ত। আমাদের সাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

১. সাধারণ তথ্য

বইয়ের হাট একটি অনলাইন বইয়ের বিপণন যা মূলত ভারতীয় গ্রাহকদের জন্য। আমরা মূলত বাংলা ভাষা এবং শৈলীতে বিস্তৃত বইয়ের একটি ভাণ্ডার অফার করি।

২. যোগ্যতা

এই ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনার অন্তত ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা একটি আইনসঙ্গত অভিভাবকের সম্মতি থাকতে হবে।

৩. পণ্য এবং আদেশ

সকল মূল্য INR (₹) এ উল্লেখিত এবং প্রযোজ্য ট্যাক্স এতে অন্তর্ভুক্ত, যদি অন্যথায় উল্লেখিত না হয়। 

আমরা কোনো পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি এবং তা যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই। 

অর্ডারগুলি প্রাপ্যতা ও গ্রহণযোগ্যতার সাপেক্ষে নিয়ন্ত্রিত হয়। আমরা আমাদের একতরফা বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে যেকোনো আদেশ বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করতে পারি।

৪. শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি

আমরা ভারত জুড়ে বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার সেবার মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি। 

আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময় শুধুমাত্র রেফারেন্সের জন্য দেওয়া হয় এবং এটি নিশ্চিত করা হয় না। 

তৃতীয় পক্ষের লজিস্টিক দ্বারা সৃষ্ট দেরীর জন্য বইয়ের হাট দায়ী নয়।

৫. ফেরত ও মূল্য-পরিশোধ

ফেরত শুধুমাত্র ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বা ভুল আইটেমের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য, যা ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিপোর্ট করতে হবে। 

একটি ফেরতের জন্য আইটেমটি অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। 

যদি ফেরত অনুমোদিত হয় তবে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হবে ৫-৭ ব্যবসায়িক দিনের মধ্যে।

৬. ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট

অর্ডার দেওয়ার জন্য আপনার একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা প্রয়োজন হতে পারে, যা আমাদের প্রস্তাবিত প্রক্রিয়া। তবে আপনি লগইন ছাড়াও অর্ডার দিতে পারেন। 

আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং পাসওয়ার্ড গোপনীয়তা রক্ষায় দায়ী। আমরা পাসওয়ার্ড হ্যাশ পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে গোপন রাখি যা আমাদের পক্ষেও ডিকোড করা সম্ভব নয়।

বইয়ের হাট নিজস্ব ডিসিশনের ভিত্তিতে যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

৭. কপিরাইট

এই সাইটের সমস্ত বিষয়বস্তু, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে চিত্র, লোগো, পাঠ্য, এবং গ্রাফিক্স, বইয়ের হাট বা প্রদানকারীদের মালিকানাধীন এবং ভারতীয় কপিরাইট আইন দ্বারা রক্ষিত। বেআইনিভাবে ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।

৮. দায়িত্বের সীমাবদ্ধতা

বইয়ের হাট এই ওয়েবসাইট বা এর পণ্য ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো পরোক্ষ, ঘটনাক্রমিক, বিশেষ, বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী হবে না।
